Due to a devasting fire on January 18, 2016, The Bat Cave and all of the equipment was lost. We anticipate efforts will be made to relocated and replace as much equipment as possible.  The Bat Cave, located on Central Avenue, has batting cages, pitching mounds and other practice areas.

Rogers Sports Complex is a 100 acre venue with 11 Softball & Baseball Fields, 13 Soccer fields, Hall of Fame ticket building, Boulevard of Champions entrance, 4 permanent concession stands, 4 permanent restroom facilities and a 600+ car capacity parking area. Mini Majors fields are youth fields depicting Yankee, Wrigley, Dodger & Veterans Fields.  Diamonds 1 & 2 has air conditioned press boxes, new bleachers with ramps and seating for the disabled. This complex is the home fields for the Ft Dodge Community Schools, St. Edmonds Catholic Schools, Iowa Central Community College, Ft Dodge Baseball Association, Ft Dodge USSSA Girls Fastpitch Association, Ft Dodge Slow Pitch Association, and Ft Dodge Soccer Association.  It has hosted theIowa Girls High School State Softball Tournament since 1970.

Lakeside Municipal Golf course is a public 18 hole course which includes a long & straight front nine with a short & narrow back nine.  The course has a driving range, clubhouse with pro shop, concessions and a deck.  Multiple tournaments and special events happen at Lakeside throughout the season.  

During the fall months of September-November, Lakeside is well known for its cross country course.  It is the home of the Iowa High School Cross Country Championships which draws the Iowa's best high school runners to Fort Dodge.  It has, also, had the honor of hosting the 2013 and 2015 National Junior College Athletic Association-Division 1-National Cross Country Championships.
